Skarlet, the Minotaur. Born from Pasiphae, the Goddess of Witchcraft was cast down to roam the Labyrinth. Every year, Athenian youths are sent down as sacrifices to the Minotaur, until one day - Theseus decided to put a stop to it.
With the help of Ariadne's thread he descended into the Labyrinth and found the Minotaur. The beast was slashed in surprise, leaving a scar and a broken horn. Theseus then severed the beast's arms and drove a sword into the beast's stomach. However, being the child of the most powerful witch, Skarlet harnessed the souls of the sacrifices as energy to stay alive and turn the blade on Theseus. Wearing his bones & Ariadne's thread as trophy-- Skarlet, the Minotaur lives on- still residing underground, creating a haven from the once-prison. And becoming more modernized after researching items dropped in the labyrinth.

General Terms:
» As the artist, I am in my right to deny a commission for any reason I feel fit- although this is unlikely- it is often due to asking for things I cannot or will not draw so make sure to check my ‘will and won’t draw’.» I retain rights to the completed work, allowing for use in my portfolio and showcases unless the piece is sentimental and/or a surprise art to which terms will be discussed.» If a chargeback is filed on fully finished and distributed works for any reason that I consider to be scamming me out for my time and money, I retain the right to rescind that commission for commercial use from the original commissioner and am allowed to redistribute to another commissioner unless it contains a design that I do not have the rights to.Absolutely no NFT's under any circumstance. You are not allowed to mint or sell my works as NFT's. Any commissions that have any intention of being an NFT will be instantly denied and no refunds will be given if the piece has started in any phase.

Under absolutely no circumstances do I permit my works of art to be subjected to or used as "training" for any AI generative technology. Action will be taken if I am to find my works submitted to these generators/programs. Any commissions that have any intention of being used in AI training will be instantly denied and no refunds will be given if the piece has started in any phase.

Payment:
» You must send through 100% prepayment before I start the drawing. Once the payment is confirmed, I will then add you to the commission list.
» Independent payment can only be through PayPal if not purchased as a package on either Ko-Fi or Etsy.
» All prices are in USD.

Process & Delivery:
» You must be equipped with every detail about your desired character, I need visual references or detailed descriptions to accurately portray the character (assuming it's an oc, for fan work- let me know the source material).
» I will speak to you about how long your commission will take as it varies on complexity. If there is a deadline, I need to be aware of it beforehand. Time allocated will vary based on my own personal/health/financial situation. You need to be patient if something comes up.
» During the sketch phase you have 5 revisions. I will send you the progress after completing each stage and you get two revisions in each stage. I will not move onto the next phase until you confirm you are happy with the outcome of that stage.
» If you would not like me to post progress photos of your commission on social media you must make me aware of this beforehand.
» If you say you're happy with it- you cannot change your mind about it later on. Revisions rewind a lot of process.
» Do not rush me! Feel free to ask for updates on your commission, but I'm usually working on many projects at once as well as having a semi slow art process.
» If you wish for me to change something after the completed work, you will need to pay a fee based on the complexity of your revision. However, this does not apply if there was a misunderstanding on my part and I will opt to fix it for free.
» You will receive the full high-res image after completion, please note that this will not be a physical product. You may post my works on social media with credit & link to my social media

Copyright & Usage:
» If you have not purchased a licensing fee, you may not use my art for profit. Action will be taken if I see it happening.
» If posting online/using as pfp, etc- credit still has to me given in description/bio/replies.
» You can only edit the art for personal use, you may not remove my watermark though.
» Do not try to pass my art off as your own, do not make any drastic alterations.

Refund Policy:
» If you wish to cancel your commission, the outcome will depend on how far into the work I am.
Haven’t started / sketch phase: Eligible for full refund.
Lining / Flat coloring: Eligible for 50% refund.
Rendering or final stage: Not eligible for any kind of refund.
» If, by any reason, I cannot complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.
» If you are receiving a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will manually transfer the money to you.

Other things:» If there is an issue with the product or something relating to the commission, please contact me so we can resolve and come to a solution together!
» My terms are open to be discussed! But this doesn't guarantee I will change them
» If I haven't listed something in my can/can't draw section, feel free to contact me so I can discuss it with you!
» I am not responsible for your commission being banned from Twitch or any other platform. Please make sure your request is adherent to the guidelines of your preferred platform.By sending through payment, you accept these terms.
